Siebel Systems provides an integrated family of e-business applications software enabling multichannel sales, marketing, and customer service systems to be deployed over the Web, call centers, field, reseller channels, retail and dealer networks. Truvue, Experian's Customer Data Integration (CDI) technology, helps companies integrate information from disparate corporate databases and multiple channels to achieve a single view of each customer. According to the companies, the combined solutions will provide a "single, comprehensive and accurate view of their customers across all channels."
The scope of the alliance includes joint development, joint marketing and collaborative sales programs. As part of the alliance, the companies will deliver packaged solutions and services targeted at the financial services, communications and retail industries.
