YOUcentric and BEA Strengthen CRM
YOUcentric Inc. has expanded its relationship with BEA Systems Inc., an e-business infrastructure software company. YOUcentric recently advanced to Three-Star partner status as part of the BEA Star Partner Program, placing YOUcentric in the top 10 percent of BEA relationships. Additionally, YOUcentric's YOUrelate was named one of the preferred CRM applications to plug into the BEA WebLogic E-Business Platform.
YOUcentric has used the BEA WebLogic Server, a Java application server, as its standard platform for product development for more than two years. Now YOUcentric is expanding support for BEA WebLogic Personalization Server and BEA WebLogic Commerce Server to help customers deploy and manage their CRM applications within the context of a larger Web or e-commerce portal infrastructure. Bank of America, Federal Express and Seagate Technology are some of the joint customers currently running YOUrelate on the BEA WebLogic Server.
