Magic Files for Follow-on Offering
Magic Software Enterprises has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a follow-on offering of 2,000,000 of its ordinary shares. 1,333,334 of the ordinary shares are being offered by Magic Software Enterprises Ltd., and 666,666 ordinary shares are being offered by a shareholder.
Magic Software Enterprises develops, markets and supports software development and deployment technology that enables enterprises to accelerate the process of building and deploying applications that can be rapidly customized and integrated with existing systems.
Although a registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the SEC, it has not yet become effective. Prior to the time the registration becomes effective, these securities may not be sold, nor may offers to buy be accepted.
Salomon Smith Barney Inc. and Merrill Lynch International are joint lead managers and joint book-runners for the offering, and CIBC World Markets Corp. and Warburg Dillon Read LLC are co-managers. When publicly available, a copy of the prospectus relating to the offering may be obtained from the underwriters.
