DESP Changes Name to eSP, Emphasizing E-Business Solutions for AS/400

D&E Support Professionals Inc. (Tustin, Calif.), a provider of customized e-business solutions and services for the IBM AS/400 platform, has changed its name to eBusiness Solutions Pros Inc. (eSP).
"Our business has changed dramatically over the past 12 years, so we felt it was appropriate to create a new name and identity that reflects our current business focus," says president and CEO David W. Griffith. "We provide our customers with complete, customized e-business solutions, from analysis and design through construction and implementation."
eBusiness Solution Pros is an IBM Business Partner specializing in software applications for the AS/400 business server platform (now the eServer iSeries by IBM). The company markets its software and services nationwide to companies who already own AS/400 servers, while also selling complete hardware/software solutions for those requiring AS/400 or iSeries hardware.
"We have the professional talent and experience needed to quickly and cost-effectively create complete e-business solutions that use the Internet to streamline our customer's business processes, make it easier for their customers and partners to do business with them, while saving both resources and money," says Griffith.
eSP is also a Telxon business partner and offers complete warehouse management solutions that connect handheld, wireless Telxon barcode-reading terminals to AS/400 servers.
