The Regence Group Selects Onyx
Onyx Software Corp. announced that one of the largest affiliations of Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans in the Western United States - The Regence Group - has selected Onyx's customer relationship management software to manage, analyze and share information among its employees, customers, employers, providers and brokers.
The Regence Group will implement the Onyx suite of products for 1,000 users throughout its entire enterprise across its multi-state network, including Onyx Employee Portal, Onyx Customer Portal and Onyx Partner Portal. The product suite is designed for the Internet, accessible from anywhere with a browser, and gives the different audiences a customized view into Onyx's application server and database that manages, automates and updates critical shared information and business processes.
The Regence Group's information needs are complex, with more than 5,000 brokers, annual premiums collections in excess of $5.4 billion, more than 6,600 employees and a network of 23,000 providers to support. Its affiliate health plans have nearly three million members in a four-state region.
