IBM and J.D. Edwards Announce Server
IBM Corp. and J.D. Edwards & Company announced worldwide availability the IBM eServer for J.D. Edwards. The server runs J.D. Edwards' WorldSoftware and OneWorld collaborative commerce software and is designed for small to medium-sized enterprises looking to reduce the cost and complexity of their e-business initiatives.
The server includes support for Linux, Java and HTML. As part of the global strategic alliance between the two companies, the server will be marketed worldwide through IBM Business Partners, J.D. Edwards' direct sales force and J.D. Edwards' business partner network.
The IBM eServer for J.D. Edwards is now available. Pricing for a 100-user OneWorld solution starts at $62,400.
