MyDoom Details from Kaspersky Labs
Newest vulerabilities feed on old worm to take aim at Microsoft's Web site
There's doom and then there's more doom. Kaspersky Labs says a potentially dangerous new Internet worm. Doomjuice was first detected on February 9 and has infected more than 100,000 computers across the world. The anti-virus maker says the virus is spreading rapidly. Kaspersky Labs analysts believe Doomjuice has the same author as Mydoom, looking for computers already infected by Mydoom.a to organize an attack on the Microsoft Web site.
