Master Data Management Tool Boosts CRM in Midmarket Enterprises
Magnitude Software, which provides Enterprise Information Management (EIM) software, announced Magnitude ONE, a master data management tool aimed at improving customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives in midmarket enterprises.
The company said it's designed to provide accurate customer data for midmarket organizations, along with targeting value-added resellers (VARs) and systems integrators [Note: an earlier version of this article incorrectly stated the product targeted enterprises reporting annual revenues of more than $10 billion].
A central component of the software is Kalido MDM, a master data and reference data management solution.
"With this offering, midmarket firms now have access to Kalido MDM, bundled with connectivity to leading enterprise and SaaS [Software-as-a-Service] applications, a specialized data matching engine and online training," the company said in a statement yesterday. "Available for cloud or on-premises deployment, Magnitude ONE provides a fast start to consolidating, cleansing and governing data from and across multiple systems."
Magnitude ONE is integrated with leading systems via the Scribe Online integration Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), the company said, along with an embedded customer data matching engine. An add-on can provide optional worldwide address validation.
Magnitude said the solution provides benefits such as:
- More targeted and personalized marketing and customer service through a 360-degree view.
- Accurate and consistent customer data fed to complex business processes spanning multiple systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Salesforce, Oracle E-Business Suite and others.
- Simplified migration to new CRM implementations, seeding the new instance with clean customer data.
- Proactive maintenance, cleansing and updating customer data as it degrades over time.
"Midmarket firms deal with the same complex applications, fragmented systems and master data issues as large enterprises, and they often turn to their trusted implementation partners because they don't have the resources or time for multi-year efforts to deliver clean data to the organization," said exec Lou Guercia. "We've designed this offering to accommodate midmarket organizations seeking to better manage their customer data, eliminating the need for an army of people to deploy and manage the process. It is also an ideal MDM solution that value-added resellers and consultants can use to deliver additional business value. Magnitude ONE is easy to use, easy to buy, and easy to implement and maintain."
Available now, Magnitude ONE can be deployed on-premises or in the cloud, with subscription pricing starting at $7,000 per month, with an option for perpetual licensing.
