Dynamic Systems Solutions Adds POS System to J.D. Edwards Suite
Dynamic Systems Solutions Inc. (DSS, Pompano Beach, Fla.) has announced the release of the DSS-Point of Sale System (POS) developed for the J.D. Edwards (JDE) software suite. The Point of Sale System is designed to drop directly into a JDE environment enabling organizations using the JD Edwards software system to meet all their retail sales requirements.
The software provides a comprehensive set of tools for increasing the efficiency and reliability of automated retail sales operations. It facilitates the elimination of redundant files and the double processing of inventory and sales information. The Point of Sale system is equipped with Daily Processing features that include Employee Time Tracking with an interface to JDE Payroll, Customer History Tracking with online reviews, Product Transfers and Receipts and Work Order and Invoice Processing. In addition, the software's System Administration features include Geographic Product Availability set-up and controls, Extended Item Descriptions, Real Time Pricing, and Retail Location Inventory Count Processing and Management.
