Analysts International Acquires Real World Training Systems
Analysts International Corp., a Minneapolis-based IT services company, has acquired Phoenix-based AS/400 tools and services provider Real World Training Systems.
Real World will operate as a separate branch office of Analysts International, under the title of Applications Management Group, and will retain its current management.
"The additional expertise Real World brings to our operations will allow us to elevate AS/400 services to our expanding national business practices," says Frederick Lang, chairman and CEO of Analysts International. "This acquisition fits into our overall strategy of increasing our value-added services through more project-based engagements."
Edward Taylor, president and co-founder of Real World Training Systems, says Analysts International will help his company to expand.
"We were looking for a strategic partner with a greater presence and resources that would enable Real World to expand across a larger customer base and better serve the AS/400 market. Analysts International, with its national infrastructure, will allow us to achieve this goal."
