ACOM, Open Systems Form Marketing Alliance
ACOM Solutions Inc. (Long Beach, Calif.), a business software provider and software developer, and marketer Open Systems Inc. (Shakopee, Minn.) announced yesterday a new alliance which will provide payments, forms and e-commerce solutions for the Open Systems community.
A third-party developer for Open Systems, under the terms of the agreement ACOM will assist Open Systems in joint promotion activities on a selective basis and will be an active participant in Open Systems customer and VAR events and shows.
ACOM develops software for MICR laser-payment processing, Internet-based EDI and document management in e-commerce applications. Open Systems’ flagship product, TRAVERSE, is a suite of applications including System Manager, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Sales Order, Purchase Order, Bank Reconciliation, Payroll, Job Cost, Project Costing, Bill of Materials/Kitting, and Fixed Assets.
