Progress SonicMQ Selected by GE Global Exchange
GE Global eXchange Services (GXS) has chosen Progress Software's SonicMQ to be embedded within the standardized tools GXS will package with its business-to-business solutions for its enterprise application integration (EAI) customers.
The Progress SonicMQ E-Business Messaging Server, will be packaged with GXS’ Enterprise System, a multi-purpose integration broker that facilitates electronic commerce by linking diverse business applications, and with GXS’ Java-based EAI solution, InterLinx, which enables Web-to-ERP (enterprise resource planning), Web-to-legacy and internal application-to-application integration.
SonicMQ will also be embedded as part of a customized suite of application adapters that GXS’ customers, using both XML and EDI, can employ to integrate their legacy systems with business-to-business applications.
