SilkRadar Makes Defect Tracking Easy
New defect management tool from Segue Software.
Segue Software announced its newest defect management product, SilkRadar Web. An automated, Web-enabled defect tracking tool, its features include: Remote Entry, allowing users to add and query defects from a Web browser; Intelligent Assistant, which automatically updates status information and catalogues new defects for assignment upon confirmation; and Show Me—a feature that reproduces any defect from within SilkRadar without requiring SilkTest to be running on the system.
Segue's new product also provides e-mail notification so users can obtain instant feedback on defect changes. It supports any MAPI, VIM or SMTP compliant e-mail package.
