Novell NetWare Revisor is a comprehensive tool for administrating servers that are run by Novell NetWare OS (3.x, 4.x, 5.x, 6.x). The program can create server images and comes with built-in server image viewer that provides information about server objects (containers, users, groups, attributes, group membership and access rights) and with server image editor. Novell NetWare Revisor can also build customizable HTML reports about server objects. Plus, this application can be used to get server data (OS version, availability, authorization state, distance), execute console commands, block and unblock servers.
In addition, the program allows administrators to monitor all users to quickly determine which ones are active, what files they are accessing or which ones have administrative rights. Plus, Novell NetWare Revisor can show a list of all files being currently accessed or look up users that access certain files. The administrator can then disconnect unwanted users or connections, enable or disable logins and send network messages to users and connections. Furthermore, Novell NetWare Revisor comes with a number of authorization features, like getting user list for manual authorization in advance, manual server authorization through BINDERY and NDS, automatic authorization for the available servers in the network, as well as an option to keep authorization log.
