ThinMind Timesheet Reporting is an integrated Web-based administrative tracking solution that provides the ability to collect, track, and report timesheet management information at any level of the organization. New features and enhancements include:
Additional Workflow Options: To streamline workflow processes, new functions include the ability to automatically send a copy of an approval request to the originator of the timesheet and the ability to automatically notify human resources/payroll when a timesheet has been fully approved.
Security Limitations by IP: The system supports the ability to limit access to the timesheet application based on the user's IP address. This added security provides extra control over when, where, and who can access the information.
Enhanced Approval Process: Approvals can be electronically collected from designated internal managers, project managers, clients, and human resources/payroll representatives. Notifications can also be automatically sent to employees via e-mail when timesheet has been approved or rejected. Managers can add comments when rejecting a timesheet.
Configurable Report Output Options: Designated company administrators or managers can create customized reports depending on the person it is being sent to. Billing, expenses, approval, and other sensitive information can be removed from or added to reports, depending on the audience.
Usability Enhancements: A variety of features have been added including wider screen sizes to allow more information to be viewed/edited at once, faster pop-up reminder calendars, e-mail address hyperlinks next to any individual referenced in the suite, and improved screen layouts to better convey key information points.
Express Setup Wizard: To minimize initial setup time, the enhanced Express Setup Wizard provides step-by-step instructions to quickly and easily configure the system. The wizard also allows mass data entry to occur, by offering the ability to add 10 rows at a time in each setup step, reducing setup time to a matter of hours.
