BI solution enhances end-user access and control
SeaTab Software, Inc.today launched PivotLink OnDemand 4.0. The latest version of the company’s on-demand business intelligence service offers a new, most visually appealing user interface that includes such features as intuitive drag-and-drop report configuration, conditional alerts, and interactive, rich-data visualizations. The release also enables rapid creation of user-interface "skins" so customers can personalize PivotLink OnDemand in their own environments.
Other new features in PivotLink OnDemand 4.0 include:
A new metrics interface that simplifies user creation of custom mathematical functions
Conditional alerts can be triggered by significant changes in column, row, or cell values
Rich 3D, interactive visualizations that can be combined with tabular report results or used to create custom dashboards; users can drill-down to underlying, granular data
A tab feature lets users view complex report results by separating data into panels that can be toggled on the report page
Subscription functionality automatically e-mails reports in several formats (Excel, PDF, etc.)
SeaTab's says its unique, self-directed analytics capabilities provide users with complete analytical freedom without requiring IT involvement.
