Omnicom Acquires M/A/R/C Group

Omnicom Group Inc. has completed its acquisition of the M/A/R/C Group. The agreement enables Targetbase, a division of M/A/R/C Group, to extend its presence by leveraging additional resources and capabilities globally, for new prospects and current international clients.

Targetbase will operate independently inside of Omnicom Group's Diversified Agency Services and will continue delivering CRM solutions to large, business-to-consumer clients.
