Advanced Software Products Group, Inc., developer of password reset and synchronization software solutions, has released ReACT v3.0.
ReACT offers an interactive dashboard that provides administrators with a live view of user activity, snapshots, failures/activities, and administrative activity all on one screen.
ReACT version 3.0 also provides the end user with improved access via new panels for password resets and help desk administration. These new panels are accessible via a standard Web browser and/or desktop client. Additionally, the new account unlock feature enables an end user to unlock existing accounts without the need to change passwords.
ReACT is designed to automate the password reset and synchronization process across the entire enterprise. ReACT allows end users to reset their own passwords at any time without the need to change their password again at sign-on. ReACT virtually eliminates password reset-related calls to the help desk, which accounts for up to 35 percent of their total calls.
This centralized, enterprise-wide password reset tool provides support for virtually all operating systems and applications within the enterprise including RACF [z/OS], Novell/NDS, Windows domain, Windows Active Directory, and more. In addition, ReACT easily incorporates other disparate systems and applications through the ActiveX scripting component.
