HP To Guarantee 99.99% Availability For SAP R/3Ken Deats, Associate EditorHP has announced that it will provide its SAP outsourcing customers with 99.9% SAP R/3 application availability. This new service level targets customers with business-critical SAP R/3 installations that require the highest levels of SAP application availability.
HP already is delivering 99.9% database availability to selected SAP R/3 mission-critical outsourcing customers. SAP R/3 application availability of 99.9% is scheduled for September for HP 9000 Enterprise Servers.
