COMMON Names New VP of Finance and Administration
COMMON, one of the world’s largest group of IBM and IBM-compatible information technology (IT) users, has added a new member to its ranks by naming William Kepraios VP of finance and administration. Kepraios will report to Cynthia Dajka, general manager.
“We’re very pleased to welcome Bill to the COMMON team,” says David Hildebrandt, COMMON president. “He brings a wealth of financial management and corporate experience, as well as a solid background in the non-profit industry.
Prior to joining COMMON, Kepraios was the finance director with the Society of Actuaries and also served as chief financial officer (CFO) of a mid-sized manufacturing company and a manager at a Big Five public accounting firm.
In his new role, Kepraios is responsible for managing the finances and administrative activities for COMMON. He will also work closely with Dajka to develop and administer COMMON’s policies and procedures.
