IBM Offers Midrange Maintenance Services

IBM Global Services has announced ServicePac for Maintenance Services for Midrange Products, a new contract and service level for midrange product that includes: nine-to-five next business day maintenance service for RS/6000 and AS/400 entry-level systems, contract options totaling two or three years of coverage and predictable prices.

A new addition to IBM's growing portfolio of ServicePac offerings, ServicePac for Maintenance Services for Midrange Products is a transactional maintenance services option designed for customers who do not require a comprehensive, account-level maintenance solution. The ServicePac is available exclusively through IBM Business Partners.

AS/400 products supported by Maintenance Services for Midrange Products include: the 9401 Model 150 advanced entry; the 9406 Model 170 processor; the 7852 Model 40Z modem; 8361 models 100, 110, 200, 210 and 341 Network Stations; 8362 models A22, A23, A52 and A53 Network Stations; 4312 models 001, 002 and 003 Network Printer 12; 4317 models 001 and 002 Network Printer 17; 4320 model 001, 002 and 003 InfoPrint 20; 4332 models 001 and 002 InfoPrint 32; and 4332 models 004 and 005 InfoPrint 40.
