JetSend Makes It A Snap For Camera Users
HP introduced a device-to-device communications technology (developed by HP engineers) that enables users to print directly from the HP PhotoSmart C500 digital camera to the HP PhotoSmart P1100/P1000 printer via JetSend, eliminating the need for cables, a PC and specific printer drivers.
Both are JetSend-enabled so users can select an image on their C500 camera display, point the IR port at the PhotoSmart printer's IR port and press a button to receive high-quality photographs -- all without the use of a PC or additional cables.
