DSS-AS/400 Document Routing System

Enterprise business applications solutions provider Dynamic Systems Solutions, Inc. (Pompano Beach, Fla.) has released DSS-AS/400 Document Routing System (DRS).
DRS will enable organizations to automate internal and external report distribution, confirm delivery and reduce delivery time. The DRS enables the transformation of spool files within an AS/400 directly into an automated e-mail on a LAN.
Document Routing system is equipped with the capability to generate multiple copies of a document, to burst and bind a document based on user-specified criteria within the document text, and to distribute them to multiple recipients simultaneously. It logs information of each transmission and includes a selection of online inquiries and reports, providing a distribution audit.
“Utilization of DRS will notably reduce the use of printed document resources, the cost of mailings and the overall cost of back office functions,” says William Teicher, president of DDS. “The annual overall company savings realized should be significant.”
