A Dazzling Debut
Dazel (Austin, Tex.), a company acquired by HP in May 1999, unveiled a new corporate identity and branding. Dazel will operate as a subsidiary of HP while maintaining its Austin, Texas headquarters, sales force, and strong customer and partner relationships, and leveraging HP's product and distribution channels.
The new Dazel branding highlights the combined brand strength of both companies, including HP's reputation of trustworthiness, service, support and leadership, as well as Dazel's reputation for entrepreneurial spirit, agility, innovation and leadership in information delivery. Dazel will now be known as "Dazel, an HP Software Company."
