Solarcom Holdings Launches Refurbished System Reseller

Solarcom Holdings Inc. (Norcoss, Ga.)--a company that specializes in business consulting, systems integration and financial solutions integration--is branching out its wholesale equipment division with the announcement that it has launched Atlantix Global Systems LLC.
The new company will offer a wide breadth of refurbished system platforms, network components, and peripheral parts. Its multi-platform, multi-vendor equipment line includes products from IBM, Sun Microsystems, Cisco, Bay, 3Com and others.
The AS/400 plays a major role in Atlantix’s refurbished platforms, accounting for 25 percent of its sales. “Atlantix Global Systems hits the reseller industry with significant market share in the Sun Microsystems and AS/400 arenas,” says Eric Prockow, chairman and CEO of Solarcom Holdings Inc. and Atlantix Global Systems LLC. “Our customers rely on our unique and independent flexibility, and comprehensive inventory of multiple platform products to meet their technology needs.”
A team of 85 professionals will provide services such as consultative sales, installation, engineering, financial services and technology support.
