Tandberg Data Acquires Breece Hill
Tandberg Data Inc. has signed the final purchase agreement to acquire Boulder, Colo-based Breece Hill Technologies Inc., a supplier of automated data storage solutions. The agreement is in accordance with the provisions of a letter of intent to purchase Breece Hill, dated Dec. 30, 1999. A finite date for the takeover has not been set, and the agreement is subject to the approval of the General Assembly of Tandberg Data ASA.
Breece Hill Technologies Inc. develops, manufactures and markets automated tape library systems primarily based on DLTtape products.
