Lawson, Hyperion Partner on End-to-End E-Business

Looking to further extend the capabilities of its e-business financial solutions, Lawson Software (St. Paul, Minnesota) announced that it has expanded its strategic relationship with Hyperion (Sunnyvale, Calif.).

Lawson will now integrate and resell Hyperion Enterprise 5 as part of Lawson’s Enterprise Consolidations solution, a financial solutions that leverages advanced technologies such as enterprise workflow and Web self-service to enable end-to-end e-business processes. A packaged business analysis application, Hyperion Enterprise 5 simplifies the global collection, consolidation and reporting of financial results from various systems across the enterprise.

Under the existing relationship between the two, Lawson resells Hyperion Essbase OLAP server as part of its Analytic suite and Hyperion Pillar as part of its Enterprise Budgeting solution.
