American Sports Machine & SoftQuad Complete Merger

The American Sports Machine (ASM) has relocated to Delaware through a merger with SoftQuad Software. The post-merger company will continue under SoftQuad's name, and its shares of common stock will trade on the OTC Bulletin Board under the ticker symbol SXML.

Pursuant to the merger, each share of stock of ASM was exchanged for one equivalent share of stock of SoftQuad, and each option and warrant of ASM was exchanged for one equivalent option or warrant of SoftQuad, respectively.
