ESD Computer Services Adds Another AS/400 Fax Product

Longstanding AS/400 fax industry software player ESD Computer Services, Inc. (Marlboro, Mass.) has added another product to its portfolio with the introduction of PropertyTrac Software.
Developed to run on the AS/400, PropertyTrac interfaces seamlessly with PC’s and comes with Help Text throughout the entire package. PropertyTrac’s flexibility in tracking future, current and prior tenants, work orders, walk-in traffic, leads, vehicles and parking assignments is a major benefit to prospective customers.
From an accounting prospective, it permits entry of pre-paid check, open payable maintenance, void check and check reconciliation processing and automatic posting of recurring charges.
