Network Systems International Inc. (Greensboro, N.C.) and ADVANCED BusinessLink (Kirkland, Wash.), announced this week that they have entered an OEM agreement, which will integrate Network Systems’ supply chain applications with BusinessLink’s software products.
“Our customers will be able to securely access their net collection systems using any standard Internet connection and browser,” said Robbie M. Efird, CEO of Network Systems. “ADVANCED BusinessLink’s products are recognized in the industry as the best-of-breed in their respective concentrations and will allow Network Systems to accelerate its product and service offering in the high-growth business-to-business e-commerce market segments.”
Network Systems’ “netcollection” supply chain applications target the textile, apparel, home furnishings and printing industries. ADVANCED BusinessLink’s flagship product, Strategi, provides tools for developing and deploying e-business Web-based applications for AS/400 users.
The use of Strategi will extend Network Systems' customer service initiatives to the Internet, giving them an advantage in securing firm relationships with their major customers. The Strategi software suite will also allow the expansion of their applications and services over the coming months in order to meet customer's future needs.
