HAHT Commerce Reflects New Focus
HAHT Software, a global provider of business-to-business (B2B) sell-side e-commerce solutions, has changed its company name to HAHT Commerce Inc. The shift to the HAHT Commerce name highlights the company’s focus on being a "seller’s advocate." As part of its transition, HAHT has established a new, wholly owned subsidiary in Sydney, Australia, called HAHT Commerce Pty Ltd., which will manage the Asia-Pacific business for HAHT.
HAHT has Web-enabled more than 540 companies using SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle and other back-office systems. The HAHT Commerce e-Scenario application suite is the company’s back-office-integrated solution, and the HAHT Sellside Links and the HAHT Sellside Exchange enable suppliers to sell goods in multiple e-marketplaces and trading exchanges via a single connection. The company maintains strategic partnerships with leading software vendors such as SAP, Microsoft and Novell, e-marketplaces such as Commerce One and Ariba, and major systems integrators.
