MITEM joins Siebel Alliance Program

Looking to capitalize on the strength and popularity of Siebel Systems (San Mateo, Calif.) e-business applications, MITEM Corp. (Menlo Park, Calif.), a provider of legacy integration software for conducting real-time e-business, recently announced it has joined the Siebel Alliance Program as a Premier Software Partner.
MITEM has successfully completed the Siebel Validation Program, and its non-invasive integration solution, MitimView v 5.1 is now "Siebel 99 Approved". By joining the program and becoming certified, MITEM has positioned itself to become a solutions provider for enterprises that want to integrate their legacy systems with Siebel’s e-business applications.
MitimView enables real-time application integration without requiring changes or additions to existing systems. It connects with a variety of legacy systems-- including the AS/400 and UNIX--and delivers an integrated agent desktop that dramatically improves agent response time, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
