ProActivity 4.0 Released
ProActivity is enhanced with new features.
In May, ProActivity Inc., a provider of next-generation Business Process Analysis (BPA) and design solutions for the Global 2000, announced the general availability of ProActivity version 4.0. The company's newest version of its platform for capturing, analyzing, sharing and optimizing business process knowledge across the enterprise provides a new XML Export capability, ProActivity Process eXchange (PAPX), and support for DB2, IBM's relational database management system.
PAPX allows business process information to be exported and integrated into any XML-compatible systems design or business process management (BPM) offering. The new XML Export capability will allow ProActivity 4.0 to operate as a front-end to many leading BPM tools.
In addition to support for Oracle and Sybase relational database management systems, ProActivity 4.0 will support DB2 Universal. This will allow DB2 users to leverage the ProActivity Platform for capturing business process knowledge and developing mission-critical applications.
