The utility and control can both create XML streams from OS/390 data.
The Host Data Connect's improved Results Template Wizard supports faster, more targeted searches across all data types. You can now limit the number of records returned, join and filter results, and save queries for reuse.
Host Data Connect can access VSAM, QSAM, and DB2 data on demand through a browser or from Word, Excel and other Windows applications. It supports .NET, Visual Basic, OLE DB, Active X, Java and another other languages and interfaces.
