<P>IBM has launched a package of outsourcing services called Midrange Express, designed to help small and medium businesses with the day-to-day management, maintenance and support of AS/400e servers at a fixed, low rate.
<P>The chairman of IBM Europe, Middle East and Africa told an IT and telecommunications seminar in Copenhagen yesterday that the cost of computer data storage would fall to as little as two cents per megabyte within two years.
